Purchasing and Shipping

Or if you would like to view a painting in a more detailed way, I do appreciate it is an online purchase and I can send perhaps more pictures or a short video.

I really want you to be confident in your purchase and happy for it to find its forever home.
I have taken great care to make the images and colours as close to the original artwork as possible. Sizes of all artwork are in the description and are to be noted.
There will be a certain amount of variation due to the photographs, browser, screen or device used to view an item and this must be taken into consideration.
This will not be seen as a fault of the artwork or valid reason for return.
If you would like to pay via a bank transfer please contact me to arrange. I will be happy to assist, as it will mean I will not have to pay online fees!
I would like you to be happy with your purchase and if this might not be the case, please do contact me within 14 days to request a return in the U.K. You will be responsible for returning the artwork undamaged by the original means of postage/courier. A refund will then be made within 14 days.
Unfortunately world wide returns are not offered at this time.
Every care is made to ensure your artwork is packaged carefully. However if it should arrive damaged please do take photographic records and contact me within 7 days.
You are also welcome to pay me a visit in my studio to pick up artwork, I will send an email to arrange a convenient time (my postcode is London HA5).
Artwork will be packed ready for shipping within 3 working days unless other arrangements have been made eg. for bespoke frames.
Royal mail deliveries in the U.K. will usually take 2-3 working days. Other couriers will be bespoke and I will contact you regarding quotes and arrangements.
EU deliveries are unfortunately taking longer then usual but I will endeavour to email you with details of your expected delivery time.
Shipping outside the U.K. may be subject to import duties and taxes and are the customers responsibility and as a company we are exempt from any liability for these additional charges. Since Jan. 2021 it is unclear what additional charges will be made for our EU customers.
