I created a meditative space and energy before starting these blue ink Ensos. 
They were painted mindfully, connecting the movement with breath and allowing the ink to naturally flow, to make unique organic markings.
Using blue, as it can represent wisdom, stability, peace and harmony.
I was reminded of this quote from the Tao Te Ching, chapter 40 by Lao Tse, translated by Tam C Gibbs.
"Tao moves in cycles; Tao functions through softness. All is born of something; something is born of nothing."
