I create a meditative space and energy before starting these Ensos.
Painted mindfully, connecting the movement with breath.
Looking internally and mindfully we can begin to acknowledge and grow. I hope that some of these Ensos resonate with you in some way and allow you to pause and contemplate your own thoughts.
